With HTC Techniek, you always have the guarantee of a partner who meets the strictest quality standards. We comply with several major certifications and memberships. These guarantee that we do our work effectively and correctly. Below you will find a short summary of the main certifications and quality marks. 

NBBU

The Dutch Association for Mediation and Temporary Employment Agencies (Nederlandse Bond van Bemiddelings- en Uitzendondernemingen - NBBU). As a member of NBBU, we must meet strict requirements regarding remuneration, contributions, safety, work conditions, and CLAs.

VCU

The Health and Safety Check List for Temporary Employment Agencies (Veiligheids- en gezondheids Checklist Uitzendorganisaties). This confirms that the safety and health of our temp workers is a priority. HTC Techniek         pays a lot of attention to safely and health and provides all the necessary personal protection equipment which is required by the authorities.

SNA quality mark 

This is the quality mark for all temporary employment agencies and (sub)contractors of work. Companies with the SNA quality mark are inspected and checked that they meet their obligations, such as: The declaration and payment of owed contributions and turnover tax, payment of wages in accordance with the Law on minimum wages and minimum holiday pay, checking employees' identity and whether they are entitled to work in the Netherlands, and prevent the risks of liability and fines.
